Location: New York
The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe is calling for two individuals to serve as Commissioners for the Akwesasne Housing Authority (AHA). Commissioners help supervise the Executive Director, develop and adopt policies, and oversee housing operations within the Authority.
Appointments are made by Tribal Council for staggered terms, with compensation at $200 per monthly meeting and $100 per special meeting. Qualifications note eligibility for members or non-members and tenant participation rights.
