Location: New York
The Department of City Planning in New York seeks a Hazardous Materials Specialist to support CEQR applications with emphasis on hazardous materials analyses. You will review Phase I ESA and related reports, define environmental requirements for zoning actions, and coordinate with DEP and OER.
Under supervision, you will guide staff and applicants, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to multi-agency reviews while ensuring compliance with CEQR and CERCLA standards.
