The DHS’ Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking candidates to fill the position of Child Support Services Agent 1, this position will report to the Child Support Services Agent Supervisor.
This position is located in Morrow, GA (Clayton County).

Role and Responsibilities- Register child support applications, validate locations and establish paternity.
- Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial and public organizations.
- Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
- Communicate with clients and other constituents via telephone, email correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met.
- Manages a caseload to ensure that child support cases follow the Same Day Service Standard of Operating Procedure.
- Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned.
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
