The New York State Unified Court System Office of Court Administration
- Division of Human Resources is seeking applications for one (1) position in the Analyst Series. The position will be filled in one of the following titles and will be dependent upon the qualifications and experience of the applicant selected:
Principal Court Analyst, Senior Court Analyst, or Court Analyst.
This position will be assigned to the HR Systems & Development Unit and will be located in either Manhattan, Binghamton, Buffalo, or Albany NY.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing functional support related to HR software.
- Resolving user errors and problems reported through help desk tickets.
- Compiling data and assisting users by creating or modifying queries.
- Performing unit testing.
- Understanding and managing errors on various interfaces.
- Creating business process documents, user manuals and participating in user training and supporting statewide Workday and HRA training initiatives.
- Statewide travel is required.
Principal Court Analyst: One year in the Senior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $84,659 + $4,920 Location Pay (NYC ONLY)
Senior Court Analyst: One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $76,112 + $4,920 Location Pay (NYC ONLY)
Court Analyst: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $64,971 + $4,920 Location Pay (NYC ONLY)
