We are seeking a talented, sales-oriented Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant who is passionate about the beauty industry and believes the customer experience should be top‑notch. You will provide in‑store beauty services and personalized product advice as part of the nation’s leading retail pharmacy.

• Provide personalized beauty sales service based on customer needs, upselling and suggestive selling.
• Act as a brand expert, answering customer questions and promoting CVS Beauty Club programs.
• Offer beauty services such as ear piercing, makeup application and consultation, while maintaining state cosmetology licensing requirements.
• Manage time effectively between scheduled services and walk‑in clients.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials.
• Participate in sales programs and events to increase customer engagement.
• Maintain store hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Represent CVS and partner brands while upholding service standards.
• Pass all required skills assessments and training courses to perform paid service options.
• Demonstrate proper product usage and highlight benefits to drive purchase conversion.
• Display a current cosmetology/esthetician license during all working hours.

• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked zone compliant with hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely execution of sanitation and hazardous waste disposal policies.
• Complete ongoing sales, brand, and paid service training.
• Maintain a professional appearance and compliance with company policies.

• Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state of employment.
• Ability to perform ear piercing services in all stores.

• Goal‑driven with ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and peak hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
