We are looking for a professional bilingual barber (English/Spanish) with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled, customer-focused, and comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, shaves, and beard grooming.
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Properly use and maintain barbering tools and equipment.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and welcoming customer experience.
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- 3–5 years of professional barbering experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Valid barber license.
- Ability to work with all hair types and styles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Professional and positive work environment.
