Location: Hartsdale
Ulta Beauty - Up to $40.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the store team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff to achieve sales and guest satisfaction targets.;
Drive top-line sales and guest experience by focusing on services, boutiques, makeup, and product attachment; improve NPS and guest loyalty.;
Manage scheduling and payroll budgeting; monitor attendance and enforce Ulta policies to optimize productivity.;
Attract, hire, and develop diverse talent; provide coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.;
Maintain product knowledge and perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
