Hair Salon Receptionist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY, for a Hair Salon Receptionist. The Receptionist will manage daily front desk operations including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling phone inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining salon organization, coordinating schedules for stylists, processing payments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in alignment with Valery Joseph’s standards.

• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in customer service, interpersonal communication, and professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills and experience managing appointment or scheduling software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment is an advantage
• An interest in the beauty or salon industry is beneficial
