• Responsibilities & Performance Metrics:
• Lead with ownership—partner on strategy, growth, and day-to-day execution
• Train, mentor, and inspire front desk staff and service providers to achieve individual and team goals
• Educate clients on wellness offerings and Lifestyle Program; coach team to sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
• Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Ensure every client receives an exceptional, consistent, and personalized experience
• Build and maintain a passionate team of licensed professionals and spa associates
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring team engagement

• What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of management experience (spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or retail preferred)
• Sales-focused mindset with a proven track record of hitting goals
• Knowledge of skincare and massage services (or eager to learn and promote them)
• Flexible schedule including evenings and at least one weekend day
• Natural leader, exceptional communicator, and problem-solver

• Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $58,000-$72,000 (commensurate with experience)
