• Follow all Four Seasons standards for sequence of service.

  Time and any computerized applications.
• Clean and properly flip the treatment room after each service.
• Maintain a neat, quiet work area at all times.
• Keep the treatment room well‑stocked at the end of each shift.
• Provide guests with information about spa and hotel services.
• Perform all treatments assigned to your shift.
• Comply with the Employee Handbook work rules and standards of conduct.
• Recommend retail offerings to guests.
• Provide professional massages and body treatments in the spa and on‑site rooms.
• Respond appropriately in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Carry out additional tasks or projects assigned by management.
• Adhere to meal‑break policy and payroll procedures.
• Create a team of service providers to meet professionalism and service demands.
• Recruit, interview, train, and assist with scheduling of staff.
• Conduct an end‑of‑month manual inventory of products.
• Maintain par levels for professional products.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards for all spa treatment rooms and dispensary.

• Education:
  
  High school degree preferred.
• Current New York State Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum five years of experience as an esthetician in a luxury spa setting.
• No employees supervised.
• Travel required:

• Hours:
  
  Must work holidays, weekends, and preferably Thursdays and Saturdays.
