At Salon 718, we don’t just teach technical skills — we develop confident, successful beauty professionals. Our apprenticeship program is designed to give you real, hands‑on experience while building the technical, service, and business skills you need to grow behind the chair.

You’ll work alongside experienced stylists, learn through daily mentorship, and build a strong foundation in cutting, color, styling, and guest experience.

Industry experience is helpful — but not required. Mindset matters most.

• Hands‑on training alongside senior stylists
• Foundations in cutting, color, styling, and consultations
• Real guest interaction and service flow experience
• Daily coaching and feedback
• How to build confidence behind the chair
• Business skills: rebooking, retail, and guest retention
