Summary
The Beauty Stylist provides expert makeup artistry and personalized consultations to elevate each client’s beauty experience. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role combines technical skill with creative storytelling to inspire clients and support the in-store team.
Responsibilities- Deliver tailored beauty experiences and bespoke makeup solutions based on client needs.
- Apply advanced makeup artistry techniques to create high-quality looks.
- Share the brand’s artistic heritage and educate clients through immersive storytelling.
- Foster and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and organization within the beauty space.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury beauty or makeup retail.
- Demonstrated mastery in makeup application and current beauty trends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients confidently and creatively.
- Passion for fashion, art, and culture and ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
