• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow.
• Upsell additional services such as hand or foot massages, nail enhancements, or retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery.
• Stay current on industry trends including new nail techniques, color theory, and innovative treatments like dermabrasion or dermal fillers when applicable.

• Knowledge of sanitation standards and ability to maintain a sterile workspace at all times.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records.
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Additional expertise in body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or hair extensions is advantageous but not required.
