Esthetician – Avidan Med Spa, New Location

We are seeking a compassionate Esthetician to perform skin, body, and hair removal treatments. The role involves providing relaxation services like facial massages, applying skincare products, and ensuring the health of clients’ skin.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.

• Provide waxing, facials, body treatments, and makeup applications.
• Adhere to appointments promptly and manage the schedule.
• Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner and escort them to and from treatment rooms, thanking them upon departure.
• Interview clients to gather contraindication information and examine skin to evaluate suitability of treatments.
• Advise clients on skincare and recommend suitable treatments and home‑care regimens.
• Engage with clients during sessions on topics related to their interests.
• Maintain punctuality for shifts and client appointments.
• Deliver consistent services and treatments in accordance with state laws and salon protocols.
• Support the needs of the salon/spa and ensure proper care of equipment.
• Ensure safety, sterilization, and sanitation procedures are satisfied.

• Proven work experience as an Esthetician or similar role.
• 1‑2 years of experience.
• Ability to work part‑time with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills with staff, management, and clients.
• Ability to develop a care plan for clients and make them feel comfortable.
• Deep knowledge of skin‑care techniques.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent with a valid Esthetician’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle multitasking.
• Works well alone and in a team, with a neat and polished appearance.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
• Maintains professionalism, tact, and discretion.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
