Silver Mirror is seeking an experienced Esthetics Experience Ambassador to support the growth and development of our esthetics team across New York City.
This unique role is designed for top-performing estheticians who are passionate about sharing knowledge, supporting their peers, and helping create a consistent, elevated guest experience.

Position OverviewThe Esthetics Experience Ambassador is a leadership support role focused on training, mentorship, and operational excellence. Reporting to the National Lead Esthetician, this position serves as an on-floor coach and resource for fellow estheticians while helping maintain Silver Mirror's high standards of service and guest care.
Esthetician ResponsibilitiesSilver Mirror is actively looking for creative, energetic, and talented estheticians to perform high-quality, customized facials at our locations. As an esthetician, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze, consult, and perform high-quality facials in a professional setting
- Maintain a neat and sanitized station
- Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients
- Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients
- Meet and/or exceed service and retail objectives
- Execute services to Silver Mirror standards
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to fellow estheticians
- Lead educational sessions and hands-on training opportunities
- Support onboarding and skill development of estheticians
- Assist with inventory management and operational readiness
- Ensure treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment meet company standards
- Serve as a resource for treatment protocols, product knowledge, and guest experience best practices
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture
- Support additional operational and training initiatives as needed
- Valid and current New York State Esthetician License
- Strong knowledge of skincare, treatments, and professional products
- Passion for education, coaching, and team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends
- Additional Ambassador compensation of $25 per hour up to 10 hours per week
- Ambassador responsibilities performed in addition to regular esthetician service hours
- Leadership development opportunity without management responsibilities
