• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations
• Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
• Upsell retail products like nail care items, polishes, and skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Stay current on industry trends such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, and barbering to offer comprehensive beauty services
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly, listening attentively, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

• Strong knowledge of color theory to create harmonious and eye-catching nail designs
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Deep understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
• Proficiency in cosmetology practices including nail care, skin treatments like dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy, and hair–related services such as styling and extensions
• Ability to perform retail math for accurate product upselling and inventory management
• Experience in retail sales techniques to promote products confidently without overselling
• Skilled in various beauty treatments like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and barbering for a versatile service offering
