Annie's Eyelash & Permanent Makeup Salon is seeking a talented and passionate licensed Lash Technician to join our team full-time.
The ideal candidate is experienced in classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, provides exceptional customer service, and is committed to delivering high-quality results. Must hold a valid esthetician or cosmetology license, be reliable, professional, and eager to grow in a supportive salon environment. Responsibilities- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety, comfort, and stunning results for each client
- Provide complementary services such as lash lifts, tinting, and other eye-enhancement treatments to diversify client offerings
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look, recommend suitable styles, and educate them on aftercare procedures
- Uphold excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns promptly
- Valid esthetician or cosmetology license (required)
- Strong attention to detail and precision work
- Ability to maintain clean, sanitary work practices (NY state compliance)
- Strong client consultation and communication skills
- Time management (ability to stay on schedule)
