Receptionist and Beauty Development Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Beauty Development Assistant at our one‑stop beauty destination. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinate with beauty professionals to ensure smooth client flow.
  • Provide information about our beauty services and assist in product inquiries.
  • Support clients in scheduling and coordinating beauty development sessions.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting beauty workshops and events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Collaborate with the beauty team to create a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Offer developmental assistance in beauty skills such as nails, hair, and lashes to interested clients.
  • Keep abreast of beauty trends and products to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
