Job Description
Voance Hair Salon is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and professional Salon Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for a cosmetology student, newly licensed stylist, or someone passionate about building a long-term career in the beauty industry.

You will work closely with experienced stylists in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

• Shampoo and prepare clients for services
• Assist stylists with color preparation and applications
• Blow‑dry assistance and finishing support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon
• Sanitize tools, stations, and equipment
• Laundry, stocking, and inventory assistance
• Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with salon operations as needed

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Cosmetology student or New York cosmetology license preferred
• Weekend availability is a plus
