We are seeking a talented and energetic Russian Manicurist/Pedicurist to join our beauty team in a high traffic Tri Be Ca  salon/spa! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, specializing in manicures and pedicures with a focus on Russian techniques. Your expertise will help clients achieve stunning, long-lasting results while providing a welcoming and professional experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant environment that values creativity, precision, and outstanding customer service.

• Perform detailed Russian manicure and pedicure treatments, ensuring high standards of nail care and hygiene.
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, and polishing with precision and artistry.
• Educate clients on nail health, color theory, and aftercare to promote healthy nails and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell additional services such as nail enhancements, gel polish, or body waxing, hair treatments to enhance client experience and revenue.
• Assist clients with product recommendations related to nail care, hair treatments, or other retail items.
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for personalized service.
