Amaryllis House of Beauty is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead our busy luxury salon. We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of salon management experience who can confidently oversee daily operations, manage a large team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

• 5+ years of salon management experience (required)
• Experience managing a busy, high-volume salon
• Experience with Vagaro booking software (required)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff supervision
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English and Russian (required)
• Spanish is a plus
• Must provide professional references from previous employers

• Manage all daily salon operations
• Lead and support front desk staff and service providers
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Handle scheduling, payroll coordination, and team performance
