We are seeking a talented, creative, and customer-focused Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair care, beauty trends, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Hair Stylist will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while ensuring clients have a welcoming and enjoyable salon experience.. .
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Perform haircuts, trims, styling, blowouts, and updos for clients of all ages.
- Apply hair coloring, highlights, balayage, toning, and other chemical treatments safely and professionally.
- Perform hair treatments, including deep conditioning, keratin, and scalp treatments.
- Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend salon products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking salon supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to provide outstanding customer service.
