The Formula, a premier luxury medical spa in Staten Island, NY, is hiring a Licensed Aesthetician to provide advanced skincare treatments in a high-end, patient-focused environment. • Perform aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, skin resurfacing, and other advanced skincare procedures
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s goals
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products
• Maintain accurate patient documentation while following all safety, compliance, and infection control standards
• Promote retail skincare products and treatment plans to help clients achieve optimal results
• Assist with practice marketing initiatives, social media content, and client education
• Collaborate with our medical providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience

• Valid New York State Esthetician License
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred
• Experience performing advanced skincare treatments; laser experience is a plus
• Strong consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for continuing education and staying current with aesthetic treatments and technologies
• Professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury medical spa environment
