Licensed Aesthetician – The Formula | Staten Island, NY

The Formula, a premier luxury medical spa in Staten Island, NY, is hiring a Licensed Aesthetician to provide advanced skincare treatments in a high‑end, patient‑focused environment. Perform aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, skin resurfacing, and other advanced skincare procedures

Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s goals

Educate patients on pre- and post‑treatment care and recommend appropriate medical‑grade skincare products

Maintain accurate patient documentation while following all safety, compliance, and infection control standards

Promote retail skincare products and treatment plans to help clients achieve optimal results

Assist with practice marketing initiatives, social media content, and client education

Collaborate with our medical providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Valid New York State Esthetician License

Minimum of one year of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred

Experience performing advanced skincare treatments; laser experience is a plus

Strong consultation, communication, and relationship‑building skills

Passion for continuing education and staying current with aesthetic treatments and technologies

Professional appearance with a positive, team‑oriented attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, luxury medical spa environment
