We are looking for a passionate Aesthetician to deliver exceptional service in the area of skincare, wellness services, and achieve sales targets within our rapidly evolving luxury skincare company. Providing a tailored, personalized service to our customers in order to achieve excellent service and product sales goals, whilst ensuring each customer has a unique and luxurious experience. You will also be working very closely with the Boutique & Spa team, to perform an outstanding facial experience.

• Examine and analyze clients’ skin to assess conditions and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products
• Conduct personalized consultations and administer Dr. Sturm’s signature facial treatments, including the Sturm Glow, Super Anti‑Aging, Clarifying, Brightening, Deeper Skin Tones, and Men’s Facial
• Build lasting relationships with customers including VIP clientele to foster trust and drive repeat visits
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team objectives, through personalized product recommendations and exceptional service
• Offer expert guidance on the full Dr. Barbara Sturm product range to ensure clients continue their skincare journey
• Participate in organizing and executing in‑store events and activations that elevate the brand image, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and spa presentation to reflect Dr. Sturm’s luxury ethos
• Act as a brand ambassador embodying the values, science, and style of the Dr. Barbara Sturm brand and contribute to a supportive, collaborative spa culture

• Licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury spa, clinical, or high‑end retail skincare environments, including VIP client care
• Deep knowledge of anti‑inflammatory and anti‑aging treatments, with advanced expertise in facial therapy, massage techniques, lymphatic drainage, and the use of diagnostic and treatment technologies
• Proven ability to personalize skincare treatments and confidently recommend and sell products, consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
• Highly proficient in maintaining spa sanitation standards, utilizing POS systems, booking platforms, and digital clienteling tools to ensure a seamless client experience
• A well‑practiced, discreet professional and strong team player who thrives in fast‑paced, service‑driven environments; able to work flexible schedules and take independent responsibility for boutique opening/closing

As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $30.00- $32.00 an hour. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
