Madison Reed’s Hair Color Bar is seeking a Shift Lead who is a licensed cosmetologist to guide the guest experience from arrival to departure. You will manage the appointment schedule, communicate with guests, and ensure service quality through the team.
As a keyholder, you’ll be manager-on-duty in the manager’s absence and develop leadership, coaching, and business acumen to grow into the next Manager of a Hair Color Bar.
