The Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized treatments while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and client care.

• Deliver high-quality treatments in accordance with spa protocols and standards.
• Conduct appropriate client consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of spa services, treatments, products, and protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Follow all required health, safety, sanitation, and treatment procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms.
• Communicate effectively with the reception and management teams.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on client needs when appropriate.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
• Support the overall operation of the spa and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

• Create a warm, professional, and personalized experience for every guest.
• Establish strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Listen carefully to client needs and adapt treatments accordingly.
• Provide thoughtful guidance regarding treatments and aftercare.
• Address client questions and concerns professionally.

• Work collaboratively with therapists, reception, and management.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled appointments.
• Maintain treatment rooms and shared spaces to the highest standards.
• Follow all spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

• Relevant professional certification/licensure required for services performed.
• Previous experience in a professional spa, wellness, hospitality, or comparable environment preferred.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
