• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, cleaning workstations, and adhering to health regulations.
• Offer personalized consultations on hair care, color theory, and grooming options to ensure client satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services such as nail care, makeup application, or hair threading to enhance the client experience.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair care techniques, customer service excellence, and store management practices.

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state or local regulations.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in hair styling, coloring, and grooming.
• Proficiency with salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Skilled in hair care treatments including extensions, coloring, and styling techniques based on color theory principles.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and understanding their needs.
• Ability to perform specialized services such as hair threading and makeup application when required.
• Experience in store management or mentoring team members is a plus but not mandatory.
