• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, styling, and special occasion looks with precision and flair
• Conduct hair coloring treatments utilizing color theory principles to achieve vibrant, customized results
• Apply hair extensions and use straight razors for detailed grooming and texturing techniques
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips tailored to each client's needs
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and upsell products or services effectively
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their vision, offer professional suggestions, and ensure a positive salon experience
• Assist in mentoring new team members and contribute to a collaborative store environment focused on excellence

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styles
• Knowledge of hair coloring techniques, hair extensions application, and barbering skills including straight razor shaves
• Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client management
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices, cosmetology licensing requirements, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
• Experience of fering makeup application and nail care services is a plus but not required
• Passion for ongoing learning about current trends in hair styling, coloring, and overall beauty care
