Duties- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and microblading with precision and care.
- Provide waxing services such as brow, lip, chin, and underarm waxing to meet client needs while maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Stay current with industry trends and new techniques to continually improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and microdermabrasion.
- Strong knowledge of esthetic services.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols.
- Sales skills for retail product recommendations that support client skin health.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
