Ildi Pekar Skin Care Studio is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our weekend team. We are a boutique studio, known for our luxury, European-inspired facials and holistic approach to skincare. We specialize in advanced treatments designed to restore, heal, and rejuvenate skin using cutting-edge technology and natural therapies. Our clients come to us for a world-class experience, and we are looking for an esthetician who shares our standard of excellence.

Pay:
Based on experience + commission

Availability to work both Fridays and Saturdays is REQUIRED for this position.

• Perform a variety of advanced facials, including those listed on our menu.
• Provide expert skin analysis
  , customized treatment plans, and professional recommendations for skincare routines.
• Execute European facial techniques with precision and care.
• Perform manual extractions safely and effectively.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, organization, and sanitation standards.
• Deliver a luxury client experience with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and products.

• Minimum 3 years of professional esthetician experience in a luxury skincare or spa environment.
• Knowledge of and/or experience with Ildi Pekar signature facials (or willingness to train on our protocols).
• Must be enthusiastic about holistic wellness.
• Skilled in European facial techniques and advanced extractions

• Current esthetician license in New York State.
• Strong understanding of skin physiology, product ingredients, and treatment customization
  .
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare.
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
• A calming and positive presence
  , capable of delivering a memorable, holistic experience.
• Willingness to perform studio tasks as needed (cleaning, laundry collection, assisting with content creation, etc.).
• Team player with a growth mindset and a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Available on Friday and Saturday.
