• Perform eyelash extension applications, brow shaping, tinting, and other aesthetic treatments with precision and artistry
• Deliver personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable services
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all procedures, adhering to industry regulations
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to ensure long-lasting results
• Promote retail sales by demonstrating products and offering tailored recommendations during visits
• Engage actively with clients through social media management to showcase work, promote specials, and build community engagement

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry, particularly with eyelash extensions, brow shaping, lips, or related aesthetic treatments
• Strong knowledge of esthetic treatments, tattoo, and other advanced skincare procedures is preferred
• Familiarity with salon management software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
• Background in cosmetology or esthetician certification is a plus; licensing requirements are a must
• Experience in retail sales, social media management, and guest services enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Ability to perform threading, body waxing, makeup application, or tattooing is advantageous
