As a Salon Assistant, you will support our stylists and help create a clean, organized, and welcoming experience for every client.

• Greet clients and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist stylists with shampooing, conditioning, blow-drying, and basic salon services as permitted by licensing requirements.
• Prepare workstations and assist with setup between clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon.
• Wash and organize towels, capes, and other salon supplies.
• Assist with laundry, stocking, and general salon upkeep.
• Help stylists prepare for color and other services.
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety standards.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for clients.
• Learn salon techniques, products, and services while working alongside experienced professionals.

• Previous salon or customer service experience preferred.
• Cosmetology student, graduate, or licensed professional preferred.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical salon duties.
