• Deliver comprehensive nail care including manicures, pedicures, and nail art to enhance clients' overall look
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products using up-to-date knowledge of hair care and skin health
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness by following proper sterilization procedures for tools and workstations
• Use salon management software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently
• Upsell products such as hair care items or skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue while providing personalized recommendations
• Mentor junior staff or apprentices when needed to foster a collaborative learning environment

• Proficiency in salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Strong knowledge of hair colouring techniques and colour theory principles
• Skilled in various hair styling methods including blowouts, updos, braiding, and textured styles
• Expertise in barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves and traditional grooming services
• Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on customer service excellence
• Ability to perform hair extensions application and threading for diverse client needs
• Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
• Familiarity with makeup application techniques for complete beauty services
• Store management experience is a plus for overseeing daily operations when required
• Ability to identify client needs through attentive listening and provide tailored recommendations confidently
