Licensed Esthetician at Medical Spa Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Esthetician with hands-on Hydra Facial experience to join our medical aesthetic team in Manhattan. The ideal candidate has a strong background in skincare and facial treatments, provides excellent client care, and is comfortable working in a medical spa environment.

• Perform Hydra Facial treatments independently and confidently
• Provide professional facials and customized skincare treatments based on individual client needs
• Conduct skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and document services performed
• Follow proper sanitation, infection control, and treatment room protocols
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and skincare supplies
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment skincare and home-care routines
• Deliver a professional, welcoming, and high-quality client experience
• Collaborate with medical providers and other members of the aesthetic team

• Valid New York State Esthetics or Cosmetology License
• Previous hands-on Hydra Facial experience required
• Experience performing professional facials and skincare treatments
• Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, and common skin concerns
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Previous medical spa experience preferred
