• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional experience. Handle guest concerns calmly and thoughtfully
• Manage appointments, calls, checkout and daily schedule changes. Keep the schedule and front desk running smoothly
• Support rebooking, guest outreach and cancellation follow-up
• Communicate with and support the technician team. Help keep the team productive and engaged during quieter periods
• Monitor inventory, supplies and salon presentation
• Support promotions, content and salon projects
• Take initiative and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks

• Highly reliable and punctual
• Warm, professional and genuinely enjoys taking care of people
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-through.
• Calm and solutions-oriented when problems arise. Comfortable taking responsibility and respectfully giving direction
• Interested in learning, contributing and growing into greater responsibility (e.g., marketing, management)
• Hospitality, salon/spa, retail, restaurant, healthcare or other guest-facing experience is a plus. Previous salon experience is helpful but not required.
