We are looking for a talented, experienced, and passionate Russian Manicure Nail Technician to join our professional beauty team.

The ideal candidate specializes in Russian dry manicures and pedicures and takes pride in precision, cleanliness, attention to detail, and exceptional client service. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a beautiful, welcoming salon environment while building a loyal clientele.

This is a paid position offering hourly pay plus commission.

• Perform high-quality Russian dry manicures and pedicures, including detailed cuticle work, nail preparation, shaping, and polishing.
• Provide gel manicures, builder gel, acrylics, and nail extensions using professional techniques.
• Recommend nail shapes, colors, products, and services based on each client's preferences and needs.
• Provide professional guidance on nail health, aftercare, and maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Follow all salon sanitation, disinfection, and safety procedures.
• Keep up with current nail trends, colors, techniques, and industry standards.
• Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services when beneficial to the client.
• Work professionally and cooperatively with other members of the salon team.

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician, with strong experience in Russian manicure techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Russian dry manicure and pedicure procedures.
• Experience with gel, builder gel, acrylic, and nail extensions.
• Strong understanding of nail health, sanitation, and disinfection procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills.
• Ability to provide personalized recommendations and create a positive client experience.
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
• Experience with nail art is a plus.
• Additional skills such as pedicures, waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or other beauty services are a plus but not required.
