As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that enhance the overall beauty and wellness experience of our clientele. A great opportunity for an experienced esthetician, who can also handle the spa's social media presence, creating reels of our products and services, and continuing to build our presence.

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Apply eyelash extensions.
• Manage other service providers and schedule.
• Open and close the spa, ensuring the checklist is completed.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and techniques.
• Manage client appointments using salon software to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable during their visits.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, skincare, and beauty treatments.

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in providing esthetic services, including body waxing and eyelash extensions.
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment management is preferred.
• Strong skills in hospitality and customer service to create a positive client experience.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client trust.
• Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus; barbering skills are also beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• A commitment to continuing education in the field of esthetics and beauty treatments.
