• Provide professional consultations to advise clients on hair care routines, color theory, and suitable styles.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools like straight razors and implementing hygiene protocols.
• Apply makeup and offer additional beauty services such as nail care or hair threading to enhance the client experience.
• Upsell products and services by understanding client preferences and recommending suitable options to maximize satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing techniques in barbering, hair styling, and customer communication to foster a collaborative environment.

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry.
• Proficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques, hair care products, and application of hair extensions.
• Skilled in sanitation practices including sterilizing tools like straight razors and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation, service explanation, and upselling opportunities.
• Experience with advanced techniques such as hair threading or makeup application is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-tier customer service.
