Job Description
As an Aesthetician, Cosmetologist, or Massage Therapist you will specialize in providing facial and body treatments within a boutique spa environment that prioritizes quality over quantity. Serving a low volume of clients daily, you will work independently to deliver personalized skincare services, ensuring client satisfaction through expert techniques and clear communication. This role requires a professional licensed practitioner with a strong focus on skin care and customer service.
ResponsibilitiesPerform facial and body (anti-cellulitis, lymphatic drainage, full body relaxation) treatments tailored to individual client needs
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment
Communicate effectively with clients to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
Follow state regulations and safety protocols in all procedures
Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately
1+ years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology
Completion of an accredited aesthetician, cosmetology or massage therapy program
State aesthetician, cosmetology or massage therapy license
Proficient in skin care techniques
Strong client communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Bilingual in English and Russian
