Client Service Coordinator

• Strong earning potential: Start at $19-$24/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional Hair Club solutions.
• Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
• Established clientele: step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business.
• A schedule you can count on : Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
• Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.
• Paid specialized training: learn Hair Club solutions, products, and techniques that expand your expertise.

• Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them on hair care, products, and Hair Club solutions.
• Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
• Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

• Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license.
• Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
• A client-first mindset and confidence recommending products and solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
• Professionalism, flexibility, and a desire to keep learning.
