Join the SimpleeBEAUTIFUL team in Harlem and manage your business in a luxurious boutique setting. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Diane Da Costa
, a master textured pioneer, author of Textured Tresses, and renowned expert in the natural hair care industry.

• Natural hair stylists, braiders, or barbers with 5+ years of experience.
• Stylists with a passion for textured hair, braiding, or barbering.
• Professionals seeking to grow their business while working in a collaborative, upscale environment.
• Strong existing clientele is a plus.
• New stylists looking to rent 1-2 days to grow their business while perfecting their skills. (Special rates for newly graduated.)

• Valid cosmetology, natural hairstyling, or barbering license is required.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence as a solopreneur.

Day Rate

• $85 half day (4 hours)
• $175 a day / Barbers rate TBD

Weekly Rate

• $375-$400 for 3 to 5 days
