Deliver personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for luxury beauty brands. Build customer relationships through in-store and digital selling, beauty services, and product recommendations.
Responsibilities- Apply makeup, analyze skincare needs, and recommend products aligned with customers' goals.
- Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media tools.
- Book appointments, promote beauty events, and build customer loyalty.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and stay current on beauty trends and products.
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain in motion for extended shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
