• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
• Apply gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions with precision and artistry
• Use color theory knowledge to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols, including sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a hygienic environment
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized nail care advice
• Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and tools to enhance client experience and salon revenue
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments, and industry best practices

• Strong understanding of color theory to create harmonious nail designs
• Proficiency in nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and other advanced nail techniques
• Knowledge of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships
• Experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology field with a focus on nails or esthetics
• Ability to perform additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or hair extensions is a plus
• Retail sales skills combined with retail math knowledge to promote products effectively while maintaining professionalism
