Cat Scan Technologist/IV Cert – Manhattan, Cancer Center. The successful candidate will perform medically prescribed radiographic and CT procedures, administer IV contrast, and maintain highest imaging quality.

• Perform CT examinations, ensure patient safety, and interpret images with accuracy.
• Administer IV contrast media, monitor patients for reactions, and follow protocol.
• Operate CT scanner equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control.
• Document examination data in RIS, confirm orders, and coordinate with medical staff.
• Maintain radiation safety practices, use shielding, and limit patient exposure.
• Assist in technical orientation of cross-trained technologists and provide patient comfort throughout procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist – New York State license (ARRT). Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• IV Contrast certification within 3 months of employment.

Radiologic Tech Lic – NYS, Am Registry Of Radiologic Tech

Minimum two years experience in CT.
