Full and part-time CNAs needed for Day, Evening, and Night shifts at The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing vide compassionate care and support residents in a welcoming healthcare environment.
Job Details- Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Shifts Available:
- Day: 7:00am – 3:00pm (Full-Time)
- Evening: 3:00pm – 11:00pm (Full or Part-Time)
- Night: 11:00pm – 7:00am (Part-Time)
- Location: Altamont, NY

Position SummaryAs a CNA, you play a key role in supporting residents’ daily living activities and the nursing team. You will provide hands‑on care, observe and report changes in condition, and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist residents with hygiene, bathing, grooming, and ADLs (activities of daily living).
- Deliver meals, assist with feeding, and monitor nutritional intake.
- Observe residents and report any health changes to the nursing team.
- Escort residents safely within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort in resident rooms and common areas.
- Support nursing staff in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
- Current State Certification as a CNA in New York.
- Good standing on the State Registry.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Meets all Department of Health requirements.
- Competitive pay for all shifts: $19.25 – $25.00 per hour.
