Entry-Level Behavioral Technician

Lighthouse is seeking caring and motivated individuals to work directly with children and their families, helping them reach meaningful milestones and improve overall quality of life. While ABA therapy experience is not required, childcare or caregiving experience is required. You'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and receive training.

• Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
• Collect data and track progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members
• Maintain accurate session documentation

• High school diploma
• Ability to lift, sit, stand, crouch, squat and move with young children and adults
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Care‑giving experience; volunteer, schooling or personal experience is valid and does not need to be ABA experience

$22 – $25 hourly
