• Masters or doctorate level
• New York State license
• Must be able to multitask and build good rapport with patients
• Must have ability to work independent of an MD (over 3600 hours of clinical experience)

Part-time we will decide one day or two days a month

• Family Nurse Practioner: 3600 hours in practice
• Carry your own malpractice, NPI and Medicare provider number

• FNP, CRNA, ORTHOPEDIC INTEREST
