Job description
Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Upper Westchester County, NY and looking for an experienced scheduling coordinator. This position requires a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, could multi-task, has excellent customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties- Coordinate and manage the schedules of employees (caregivers).
- Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis.
- Participate in the recruiting, orientation and management of caregivers.
- Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families.
- Develop a working knowledge of company policies & procedures, services provided.
- Work from our main office location in Peekskill, Monday-Friday (9a-5p)
- One night/week after hours on-call additional compensation
- One weekend/month after hours on-call additional compensation
- Accrue PTO
- 401K matching up to 4%

- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $25.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour, to start based on experience.
- Experience: Relevant: 1 or 2 years (Preferred)
- Scheduling: 1 year in home care coordination or 2 years in coordination/staffing role
- Work Location: Peekskill, New York 10566
