Responsibilities- Respond to emergency calls and provide timely transport to patients.
- Assess patients’ conditions and deliver basic life support as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the ambulance, ensuring all equipment is stocked.
- Accurately complete incident reports and patient care records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, communicating clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in high‑pressure situations.
- Basic medical knowledge and ability to perform life‑support techniques.
- Familiarity with stretchers and patient transport equipment.
- Computer proficiency for accurate digital reporting.
- Reliability, adaptability, and commitment to patient safety and integrity.
As an ambulance operator you will be responsible for safely operating the ambulance while providing efficient transportation services to patients. You will respond to calls, assess patients, give basic life support, keep the vehicle clean and ready, document incidents, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
